摘要
为了解决马兰矿10604工作面受相邻工作面采掘扰动影响下巷道围岩变形严重的问题,采用水力压裂技术在超前工作面进行定向水力压裂切顶卸压来降低巷道附近的高集中应力,以此达到使巷道处于低压区的目标。结合10604工作面地质条件,对水力压裂钻孔相关施工参数进行确定并进行工业性试验,实践效果良好,压裂后巷道围岩变形量大幅降低,巷道围岩变形处于可控范围,能实现巷道的重复利用。
In order to solve the problem of serious deformation of roadway surrounding rock in the 10604 working face of Malan Coal Mine under the influence of mining disturbance from adjacent working faces,hydraulic fracturing technology is used to conduct directional hydraulic fracturing and roof cutting at the advanced working face to reduce the high concentrated stress near the roadway,thereby achieving the goal of keeping the roadway in a low-pressure zone.Based on the geological conditions of working face 10604,relevant construction parameters for hydraulic fracturing drilling were determined and industrial tests were conducted.The practical results were good.After fracturing,the deformation of roadway surrounding rock was significantly reduced,and the deformation of roadway surrounding rock was within a controllable range,enabling the reuse of the roadway.
