摘要
随着国家国防安全及绿色智能制造快速发展,镁合金的应用越发广泛,因此先进的镁合金铸造技术尤为重要。鉴于此,对压铸、砂型铸造、半连续铸造等镁合金铸造方式进行阐述,并对各种方法的优缺点进行比较,其中压铸及砂型铸造主要应用于壳体构件,半连铸铸造应用最为广泛,具有更好的发展前景。
With the rapid development of national defense security and green intelligent manufacturing,magnesium alloys are used more widely,so the casting of magnesium alloys is particularly important.In this paper,advanced magnesium alloy casting methods are described,mainly including die casting,sand casting,semi continuous casting,etc.The advantages and disadvantages of various methods are compared,among which die casting and sand casting are mainly used for shell internal components.Semi continuous casting is the most widely used and has a better development prospect.
