摘要
近年来,光伏发电产业发展迅猛,金刚线切割工艺是目前晶硅技术工艺主流。考虑到今后复杂多变的国际形势,对金刚母线拉拔工艺在国内外的现状进行研究,并以实际工业生产中0.54 mm超高强度镀铜黄丝经过28道次拉拔至50μm超细超高强度钢丝工艺为例,针对该研究课题过程中选用的国产FEPG软件进行深度学习挖掘和二次开发,以提升超细金刚母线的拉拔工艺。
In recent years,the photovoltaic power generation industry has developed rapidly,and diamond wire cutting technology is currently the mainstream of crystalline silicon technology.Considering the complex and ever-changing international situation in the future,the current status of the drawing process for diamond busbar at home and abroad is studied.Taking the process of 0.54 mm ultra-high strength copper plated yellow wire in actual industrial production is drawn to 50μm ultra-fine and ultra-high strength steel wire after 28 passes for this research topic.This paper conducts deep learning and secondary development on the selected domestic FEPG software to improve the drawing process of ultra-fine diamond busbar.
