摘要
IP56高防护机柜一般采用316不锈钢机柜,而316不锈钢在焊接过程中容易产生焊接应力以及因焊接导致起鼓与形变,进而造成机柜强度、刚性降低,同时其稳定性、密封性能也会受到影响。针对该问题,基于对机柜钣金制造工艺过程优化的考虑,对机柜钣金焊接变形的机理进行分析,阐述焊接变形的工艺控制方法,同时结合IP56高防护等级变频器钣金机柜的结构样式和工艺要求,选择合适的质量控制方式,从而使加工生产的机柜能够符合设计和使用的需求。
IP56 high protection cabinets generally use 316 stainless steel.316 stainless steel is prone to welding stress during the welding process,as well as bulging and deformation caused by welding,resulting in a decrease in cabinet strength and rigidity.At the same time,its stability and sealing performance will also be affected.In response to this issue,based on the consideration of optimizing the manufacturing process of cabinet sheet metal,the mechanism of cabinet sheet metal welding deformation is analyzed,and the current process methods of welding deformation are elucidated.At the same time,combined with the structural style and process requirements of IP56 high protection level inverter sheet metal cabinet,and quality control methods are choosen,so that the processed and produced cabinet can meet the design and usage requirements.
