Equipment Transformation and Application of Two-pot three-position System in Cold Rolling Galvanizing Line

河钢邯钢冷轧厂将冷镀锌线由单一锌锅生产模式转变为两锅三位生产模式,使该生产线具备镀锌无花产品与锌铝镁产品切换生产的条件,但在锌锅升降及横移的过程中,设备存在一些问题。鉴于此,对锌锅设备进行改造升级,并针对改造过程中出现的问题予以分析并解决,最终实现了锌铝镁镀层的产品开发,为进军高端涂镀市场奠定了基础。

This paper mainly introduces the cold galvanizing line of cold rolling plant in HBIS Hansteel Company from a single zinc pot production mode to a two-pot three-point production mode,with the conditions for galvanized fig products and zinc aluminum magnesium products to switch production,but in the process of zinc pot lifting and traversing equipment there are some problems and analysis and solution,through equipment transformation and upgrading and problem solving,the product development of zinc aluminum magnesium coating is realized,laying the foundation for entering the high-end coating market.
