提高高炉喷吹烟煤比的生产实践

摘要 随着高炉煤比的不断提高,无烟煤、焦炭供应日趋紧张情况。新钢炼铁厂铁一区通过改进安全和设备工艺,优化煤场煤种管理,改进喷煤制粉及喷吹工艺。在保证系统安全性前提下,烟煤配比由18%提高到33%,大大降低了炼铁喷吹成本。 With the continuous improvement of blast furnace coal ratio,the supply of anthracite and coke is becoming increasingly tight.In 2021,Tieyi District of Xingang ironmaking plant will improve the safety process,optimize the coal type management in the coal yard,improve the equipment process,and improve the pulverizing system and injection process of blast furnace coal injection.On the premise of ensuring the safety of the system,the proportion of bituminous coal is increased from 18%to 33%,which greatly reduces the cost of ironmaking injection.
