采煤工作面过构造发育区顶板冒落治理技术研究

摘要 依据某矿11203采煤工作面现场情况,提出综合使用注浆(充填)、锚索补强等方式对构造影响区不稳定煤体及顶板进行加固,依据现场条件给出治理技术方案并进行工程应用。现场应用后,某矿11203采煤工作面在地质构造影响区内生产时未出现片帮、冒顶或者支架不稳等情况,采面保持4.8 m/d回采速度,现场取得较好效果。 Based on the on-site situation of 11203 coal mining face in a certain mine,it is proposed to comprehensively use grouting(filling),anchor cable reinforcement,and other methods to strengthen the unstable coal body and roof in the structural impact area.According to the on-site conditions,a treatment technical plan is proposed and applied in engineering.After field application,there was no slope spalling,roof fall or unstable support in 11203 working face of a mine during production in the tectonics affected area.The mining speed of 4.8 m/d was maintained at the mining face,and good results were achieved on the site.
