电镀锌预镀段关键技术研究及应用

摘要 电镀锌是利用电解原理在钢板表面形成均匀、致密、结合良好的沉积层的过程,但在生产过程中不可避免地会出现各类缺陷,黑斑点缺陷是一种常见表面缺陷。针对此,重点对电镀锌板带黑斑点的产生原因及控制方法进行研究分析。通过扫描电镜对黑点缺陷的组织形貌进行观察,通过分析找出黑斑缺陷产生的原因,即预镀导电辊粘锌后,板面预镀液残留对预镀后锌层腐蚀不均,经过电镀段时镀锌不良导致黑点的产生,并对生产设备进行改造优化,消除了黑斑点缺陷,有效地提高了电镀锌板的表面质量。 Electrogalvanizing is a process that utilizes the principle of electrolysis to form a uniform,dense,and well bonded deposition layer on the surface of steel plates.However,various defects inevitably occur during the production process.Black spot defects are a common surface defect.In view of this,the focus is on the research and analysis of the causes and control methods of black spots on electrogalvanized steel plates.The microstructure and morphology of the black spot defect were observed by scanning electron microscopy,and the cause of the black spot defect was found through analysis.That is,after the pre plating conductive roller adhered zinc,the residual pre plating solution on the surface of the plate corroded unevenly on the pre plating zinc layer,and poor galvanizing during the plating section led to the formation of black spots.The production equipment was reformed and optimized to eliminate the black spot defect and effectively improve the surface quality of the galvanized sheet.
