摘要
由于超高强钢强度高,板型不好控制,在酸轧工序时需要更多的轧制油来稳定超高强钢的板型,导致超高强钢原料进入到连续退火工序后清洗压力较大,而沉没辊作为清洗段的关键设备,更换费时费力,一旦损坏将造成长时间产线停运的恶性事故。鉴于此,针对沉没辊端部的机械密封常出现的漏液问题进行分析,开展对清洗段沉没辊机械密封结构的研究,通过改进沉没辊机械密封动封固定方式,即加装机械密封动封轴向止动装置,使由于机械密封动封轴向移动导致的沉没辊机械密封漏水问题得以解决,提高了沉没辊机械密封的使用寿命,降低了生产线事故率,减少了贵重备件的消耗,降低了生产成本。
Due to the high strength of ultra-high strength steel and the difficulty in controlling its shape,more rolling oil is needed during the acid rolling process to stabilize the shape of the ultra-high strength steel.This results in a high cleaning pressure for the ultra-high strength steel raw material after entering the continuous annealing process.As a key equipment in the cleaning section,the sinking roller is time-consuming and laborious to replace.Once damaged,it will lead to a malignant accident of long-term production line shutdown.In view of this,an analysis was conducted on the common leakage problem of the mechanical seal at the end of the sunken roller,and research was conducted on the mechanical seal structure of the cleaning section sunken roller.By improving the fixed method of the dynamic seal of the sunken roller machine,that is,adding an axial stop device for the mechanical seal dynamic seal,the problem of water leakage caused by the axial movement of the mechanical seal dynamic seal of the sunken roller was solved,and the service life of the mechanical seal of the sunken roller was improved,Reduced the accident rate of the production line,reduced the consumption of valuable spare parts,and reduced production costs.
