精轧机刚度及迟滞影响因素分析

摘要 针对某钢铁厂精轧机刚度低、迟滞大,导致轧制钢板精度差等问题,提出改进方案,并制定了切实可行的设备维护策略,确保精轧机的刚度和迟滞能长期稳定,产品精度得以提升。 The low rigidity and large hysteresis of the finishing mill in an iron and steel plant have resulted in poor accuracy of rolled steel plates.Improvement plans have been proposed,and practical equipment maintenance strategies have been developed to ensure long-term stability of the rigidity and hysteresis of the finishing mill,and product accuracy has been improved.
