高线生产线吐丝机机械振动超标的问题探究

摘要 对高线生产线吐丝机常见的几种机械故障问题进行分析,并提出相关的优化和解决的技术措施。通过规范设备安装步骤、加强设备日常维护以及对设备进行润滑及降温等优化措施,可在一定程度上减少设备的机械振动和磨损,从而减少设备故障发生概率,延长设备的使用寿命。 This article analyzes several common mechanical failures of wire drawing machines in high-speed wire production lines,and proposes relevant optimization and technical measures to solve them.By standardizing the installation steps of equipment,strengthening daily maintenance of equipment,and optimizing measures such as lubrication and cooling,mechanical vibration and wear of equipment can be reduced to a certain extent,thereby reducing the probability of equipment failure and extending the service life of the equipment.
