摘要
简要介绍了转炉煤气干法除尘LT工艺,分析蒸发冷却器系统的基本构造和工作原理,针对蒸发冷却器系统的关键技术,归纳总结蒸发冷却器系统的控制与优化措施。以期通过引用模糊控制算法、控制阀门的开闭时间、清理蒸发冷却器内壁和控制蒸发冷却器喷淋水的水质等优化措施,为蒸发冷却后的静电除尘提供良好的工作条件。
This article briefly introduces the LT process for dry dust removal of converter gas,analyzes the basic structure and working principle of the evaporative cooler system,and focuses on the key technologies of the evaporative cooler system.The control and optimization of the evaporative cooler system are summerized by citing fuzzy control algorithms,controlling the opening and closing time of valves,cleaning the inner wall of the evaporative cooler,and controlling the water quality of the evaporative cooler spray water,which provides good working conditions for electrostatic dust removal after evaporative cooling.
