摘要
某钢厂1号高炉15 MW高炉TRT发电机组在中修完成、投励、并网后,随着发电量的提高,出现了轴瓦振动报警的问题,对机组自动停机故障进行了频谱分析及故障诊断,并制定针对性的检修方案,保障了TRT发电机组长期稳定、高效运行,同时也为以后遇到类似问题提供了重要的参考依据和解决办法。
After the completion of intermediate maintenance,excitation,and grid connection of the 15 MW TRT generator of the No.1 blast furnace in a certain steel plant,the problem of bearing vibration alarm occurred with the increase of power generation.Spectrum analysis and fault diagnosis were conducted on the automatic shutdown fault of the unit,and targeted maintenance plans were developed to ensure the long-term stable and efficient operation of the TRT generator unit.At the same time,it also provides important reference and solutions for similar problems in the future.
