摘要
型钢是工业工程领域应用最广泛的一种金属材料,其质量对整个工业应用的安全性和可靠性有着极大的影响。因此,通过型钢元素偏析实验研究、裂纹缺陷形成机理和裂纹产生原因的分析,剖析元素偏析及C、S、N等元素含量对型钢质量的影响,从而提出相应的控制措施,以此来提高型钢质量。
Profile steel is one of the most widely used metal materials in the field of industrial engineering,and its quality has a great impact on the safety and reliability of the entire industrial application.therefore,through experiment research on element segregation of section steel,analysis of defect formation mechanism and crack causes,the influence of element segregation and the content of elements such as C,S,N on the quality of section steel is analyzed,and corresponding control measures are proposed to improve the quality of section steel.
