摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌组织中Polo样激酶1(PLK1)和成髓细胞瘤转录因子第2亚型(MYBL2)的表达及其临床意义。方法收集2017年5月至2022年11月聊城市第二人民医院病理学确诊的乳腺癌癌组织和对应癌旁组织标本116例,采用免疫组织化学方法检测上述组织中PLK1和MYBL2的表达,结合临床病理资料,采用χ^(2)检验。结果PLK1在乳腺癌组织中阳性表达率36.21%(42/116),明显高于对应癌旁组织中阳性表达率5.17%(6/116),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=34.044,P<0.01)。MYBL2在乳腺癌组织中阳性表达率51.72%(60/116),明显高于对应癌旁组织中阳性表达率14.66%(17/116),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=35.942,P<0.01)。PLK1表达水平与乳腺癌患者TNM分期(TNMstage,tumor node metastasis stage)、组织学分级、淋巴结转移明显相关(χ^(2)=6.942、6.225、4.962,P<0.05),PLK1表达水平与乳腺癌患者年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学分型无相关(χ^(2)=0.005、0.315、0.006,P>0.05)。MYBL2表达水平与乳腺癌患者肿瘤大小、组织学分级、TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(χ^(2)=5.111、6.293、5.727、5.765,P<0.05),MYBL2表达水平与乳腺癌患者年龄、组织学分型无相关(χ^(2)=0.002、0.074,P>0.05)。结论乳腺癌组织中PLK1和MYBL2呈高表达,PLK1和MYBL2在乳腺癌发生、发展过程中可能发挥重要作用,与乳腺癌预后密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of polo-like kinase 1(PLK1)and MYB proto-oncogene like2(MYBL2)in breast cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of PLK1 and MYBL2 in 116 cases of breast cancer tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues confirmed pathologically at Liaocheng Second People's Hospital from May 2017 to Novem-ber 2022.The correlation between PLK1 and MYBL2 and clinicopathological data was analyzed by chi-square test.Results The positive expression rate of PLK1 in breast cancer tissues was 36.21%(42/116),which was significantly higher than that in breast adjacent tissues[5.17%(6/116),χ^(2)=34.044,P<0.01].The positive expression rate of MYBL2 in breast cancer tissues was 51.72%(60/116),which was significantly higher than that in breast adjacent tissues[14.66%(17/116),χ^(2)=35.942.P<0.01].The expression level of PLK1 was significantly correlated with tumor node metastasis(TNM)stage,histological grade and lymph node metastasis(respectively,χ^(2)=6.942,6.225,4.962.P<0.05).The expression level of PLK1 was not significantly correlated with age,tumor size and histologi-cal type of breast cancer patients(respectively,χ^(2)=0.005,0.315,0.006,P>0.05).The expression level of MYBL2 was significantly correlated with tumor size,histological grade,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis in breast cancer patients(respectively,χ^(2)=5.111,6.293,5.727,5.765,P<0.05).The ex-pression level of MYBL2 was not significantly correlated with the age and histological type of breast cancer patients(respectively,χ^(2)=0.002,0.074,P>0.05).Conclusion PLK1 and MYBL2 are highly ex-pressed in breast cancer tissues.PLK1 and MYBL2 may play an important role in the occurrence and de-velopment of breast cancer and are closely related to the prognosis of breast cancer.
