摘要
目的探讨甲状腺激素受体相互作用蛋白6(TRIP6)和细胞分裂周期蛋白42(Cdc42)在结直肠癌组织中的表达,及其与结直肠癌临床特征和预后的关系。方法收集2018年6月至2022年11月广东医科大学附属医院病理学确诊的112例结直肠癌组织标本和癌旁组织标本,采用免疫组织化学法检测上述组织中TRIP6和Cdc42表达,采用χ^(2)检验分析两者的表达与结直肠癌临床病理参数及预后的关系。结果TRIP6在结直肠癌组织中表达率明显高于癌旁组织[60.71%(68/112)比14.29%(16/112)],两者差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=51.505,P<0.01)。Cdc42在结直肠癌组织中表达率明显高于癌旁组织[52.68%(59/112)比10.71%(12/112)],两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=45.551,P<0.01)。TRIP6表达水平与结直肠癌患者淋巴结转移、TNM分期、浸润深度明显相关(χ^(2)=4.385、5.499、6.220,P<0.05),TRIP6表达水平与结直肠癌患者性别、组织学分化程度、年龄、肿瘤部位无明显相关(χ^(2)=0.019、0.007、0.178、0.084,P>0.05)。Cdc42表达水平与结直肠癌患者淋巴结转移、组织学分化程度、浸润深度、TNM分期明显相关(χ^(2)=4.923、5.089、5.434、6.286,P<0.05),Cdc42表达水平与结直肠癌患者性别、年龄、肿瘤部位无明显相关(χ^(2)=0.017、0.029、0.048,P>0.05)。结论TRIP6和Cdc42在结直肠癌组织中表达上调,其可能作为预测结直肠癌患者生物学行为和预后的分子标志物,TRIP6和Cdc42参与了结直肠癌的发生、发展过程。
Objective To investigate the expression of thyroid receptor interacting protein 6(TRIP6)and cell division cycle 42(Cdc42)in colorectal cancer tissues,and their relationship with clini-cal features and prognosis of colorectal cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the ex-pression of TRIP6 and Cdc42 in 112 cases of colorectal cancer tissues and corresponding adjacent normal tissues confirmed by pathology at Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from June 2018 to November 2022.Chi-square test was used to analyze the relationship between their expression and clinico-pathological parameters and prognosis of colorectal cancer.Results The expression rate of TRIP6 in color-ectal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues[60.71%(68/112)vs.14.29%(16/112)](χ^(2)=51.505,P<0.01).The expression rate of Cdc42 in colorectal cancer tissues was signifi-cantly higher than that in adjacent tissues[52.68%(59/112)vs.10.71%(12/112)](χ^(2)=45.551,P<0.01).TRIP6 expression level was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and depth of invasion in patients with colorectal cancer(χ^(2)=4.385,5.499,6.220,P<0.05).The expres-sion level of TRIP6 was not significantly correlated with gender,histological differentiation,age and tumor location of colorectal cancer patients(χ^(2)=0.019,0.007,0.178,0.084,P>0.05).The results showed that the expression level of Cdc42 was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis,histological differentiation,depth of invasion and TNM stage(χ^(2)=4.923,5.089,5.434,6.286,P<0.05).The expression level of Cdc42 was not significantly correlated with gender,age and tumor location of colorectal cancer patients(χ^(2)=20.017,0.029,0.048,P>0.05).Conclusion TRIP6 and Cdc42 are up-regulated in colorectal cancer tissues,which may be used as molecular markers to predict the biological behavior and prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer.TRIP6 and Cdc42 are involved in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.
