摘要
腹主动脉瘤(AAA)的发病机制复杂,包括动脉硬化、血流动力学和遗传等多种因素。中性粒细胞在AAA发生发展过程中扮演重要角色,但具体机制尚未明确。中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NETs)是由中性粒细胞发生程序性死亡后释放至胞外参与诱捕细菌的网格样结构。研究结果显示中性粒细胞通过释放NETs参与炎性反应及AAA病理生理过程。本文对NETs参与AAA发生发展的机制研究进行综述。
The pathogenesis of abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA)is complex and includes multiple factors such as atherosclerosis,hemodynamics and genetics.Neutrophils play an important role in the development of AAA.However,the molecular mechanisms of AAA formation are elusive.Neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)are lattice-like structures that are released by neutrophils after programmed death to participate in the trapping of bacteria.It has been found that neutrophils play a crucial role in the inflammation and AAA through the release of NETs.In this study,we review the research progress of NETs in the initiation development of AAA.
