Review of important clinical advances related to diabetes in 2022

2022年美国糖尿病协会(ADA)、改善全球肾脏病预后组织(KDIGO)、中华医学糖尿病学分会(CDS)等组织就糖尿病及其并发症的预防、诊断、治疗以及管理等方面发布了一系列指南和共识。文章拟从重要指南与共识、重要临床研究、糖尿病用药更新三个方面对2022年糖尿病相关重要临床进展进行整理和回顾,旨在为广大医务工作者以及研究人员在糖尿病领域未来的研究方向上提供一定的参考,同时也为相关临床决策提供指导性的建议。

In 2022,the American Diabetes Association(ADA),Kidney Disease:Improving Global Outcomes(KDIGO),Chinese Diabetes Society(CDS),and other organizations have published a series of guidelines and consensuses on the prevention,diagnosis,treatment,and management of diabetes and its complications.This review elucidated the critical clinical advances related to diabetes in 2022 from the following aspects:guidelines and consensuses,clinical studies,and diabetes medication updates,aiming to provide medical workers and researchers with a reference for future research direction in the field of diabetes,as well as to guide relevant clinical decisions.
