基于产教融合的全日制教育硕士“U-G-S”育人体系改革与探索——以学科教学(物理)专业为例

摘要 首先分析了现行全日制学科教学(物理)教育硕士育人体系存在的共性突出问题,再根据研究高校、政府、产业三者合作与利益关系的三重螺旋理论,建构了以人才培养质量为主线,对接物理基础教育行业需求,强化专业实践能力培养,突出高校、政府、中小学育人主体地位的“U-G-S”产教融合育人体系,并提出了“U-G-S”育人的实施路径:政府应转变角色定位,制定政策机制,推动各方主体主动参与,落实育人主体责任,发挥育人协调作用;高校应改革育人体系,完善育人机制,践行育人主体担当,发挥育人主导作用;中小学应认同育人价值,树立育人主体地位,履行育人主体职责,发挥育人深度参与作用。 This paper analyzes the common and prominent problems existing in the training system of the current full-time discipline teaching(physics)education master.Then On the basis of the triple helix theory of studying the cooperation and interest relationship among the universities,government and industries,this paper constructs the quality of talent training as the main line,connects with the needs of Physics basic education industry,and strengthens the cultivation of professional practical ability.It highlights the"U-G-S"production-education integrated training system in which the universities,government and primary and secondary schools cooperate with education,and puts forward the implementation path of the"U-G-S"production-education integrated education:the government should change its role,formulate policy mechanisms,encourage the active participation of all parties,fulfill the principal responsibility of education,and play a coordinating role in education;universities should reform the education system,further improve education mechanism,practice the main body of education and play the leading role in education;the primary and secondary schools should recognize the value of educating students,establish the principal position of educating students,fulfill the principal responsibility of educating students,and play the role of in-depth participation in education.
