残渣型船燃催化裂化柴油组分氧化脱硫研究

摘要 环保法规要求的日益严格,国际海事组织要求船用燃料油中的硫含量越来越低,因此开发低成本、高效的船用燃料油脱硫技术十分迫切。研究通过氧化-萃取降低残渣型调和船用燃料油组分催化裂化柴油的硫含量。采用双氧水-甲酸体系氧化,乙腈-水混合萃取剂萃取脱除催化裂化柴油中的硫化物。考察了搅拌速度、氧化温度、氧化剂添加量、氧化时间等因素对脱硫效果的影响。结果表明:在V(催化剂)∶V(氧化剂)∶V(油)=6∶6∶100、氧化温度60℃、氧化时间75 min、转速500 r·min^(-1)的条件下达到硫质量分数低于0.5%的Ⅱ号船用燃料油催化裂化柴油调和组分脱硫要求,收率达83%以上,脱硫率达到65%以上,硫质量分数从7120μg·g^(-1)降低至2477μg·g^(-1),萃取剂回收率95%,脱硫后油品芳香度下降。 With the increasingly stringent requirements of environmental protection regulations,the international maritime organization requires the sulfur content in marine fuel oil to be lower and lower.It is urgent to develop low-cost and efficient desulfurization technology of marine fuel oil.In this study,oxidation extraction was used to reduce the sulfur content of residual blended marine fuel oil catalytic cracking diesel oil.Hydrogen peroxide formic acid system was used for oxidation,and acetonitrile water mixed extractant was used to remove sulfide from FCC diesel oil.The effects of stirring speed,oxidation temperature,oxidant addition and oxidation time on desulfurization were investigated.The results showed that under the conditions of V(catalyst)∶V(oxidant)∶V(oil)=6∶6∶100,oxidation temperature 60℃,oxidation time 75 min and rotating speed 500 r·min^(-1),the desulfurization requirements of blending components of catalytic cracking diesel oil of No.Ⅱ marine fuel oil with sulfur content less than 0.5%were met,the yield was more than 83%,the desulfurization rate was more than 65%,the sulfur mass fraction was reduced from 7120μg·g^(-1) to 2477μg·g^(-1),the recovery rate of extractant was 95%,and the aromaticity of oil after desulfurization was reduced.
