高灰煤半焦浮选优化研究

摘要 以马道头矿高灰煤热解半焦为研究对象,研究其浮选效果并进行了优化试验,考察了以煤油为捕收剂、仲辛醇为起泡剂药剂用量对其浮选效果的影响,并探究了乳化煤油和调整剂对提高浮选指标、降低煤油用量的效果。结果表明:半焦可通过浮选进行提质,当进行一次浮选试验,煤油用量2200g·t^(-1)、仲辛醇用量300g·t^(-1)时,精焦灰分为30.15%,产率为56.33%,可燃体回收率为79.68%;乳化煤油可提高浮选效果、降低煤油用量,且阴离子乳化剂SDBS较其他类型乳化剂具有更好的效果,当乳化后的煤油用量为1400 g·t^(-1)、仲辛醇300 g·t^(-1)时,与普通煤油相比,精焦灰分变化不明显,产率提高了6.71%,可燃体回收率提高了2.89%,降低煤油消耗36%,并可通过1次浮选、3次精选降低精焦灰分至21.99%;在SDBS乳化煤油的基础上,通过添加AlCl_(3),精焦产率提高至86.51%,可燃体回收率提高至92.85%,但灰分增加至34.81%;加入PAM后,精焦产率提高至74.27%,可燃体回收率提高至91.43%,灰分降低至29.99%。 Taking the pyrolytic semi-coke of high ash coal from Madaotou mine as the research object,the flotation effect was studied and optimized.The effects of the dosage of kerosene as collector and SEC octanol as foaming agent on the flotation effect were investigated.The effects of emulsified kerosene and adjusting agent on improving the flotation index and reducing the dosage of kerosene were explored.The results showed that the quality of semi coke was improved by flotation.When a flotation test was carried out,the amount of kerosene was 2200 g·t^(-1) and the amount of SEC octanol was 300 g·t^(-1),the ash content of fine coke was 30.15%,the yield was 56.33%,and the recovery of combustible material was 79.68%;Emulsified kerosene could improve the flotation effect and reduce the amount of kerosene,and the anionic emulsifier SDBS had better effect than other types of emulsifiers.When the amount of emulsified kerosene was 1400 g·t^(-1) and SEC octanol was 300g·t^(-1),compared with ordinary kerosene,the ash content of fine coke does not change significantly,the yield is increased by 6.71%,the recovery rate of combustible material was increased by 2.89%,and the kerosene consumption was reduced by 36%.The ash content of fine coke was reduced to 21.99% through one-time flotation and three-time cleaning;On the basis of SDBS emulsified kerosene,by adding AlCl3,the fine coke yield was increased to 86.51%,the combustible material recovery was increased to 92.85%,but the ash content was increased to 34.81%;After adding PAM,the yield of fine coke increased to 74.27%,the recovery of combustible material increased to 91.43%,and the ash content decreased to 29.99%.
