2.0MW机组变桨系统的技术改造方案分析

Analysis of Technical Transformation Plan for Pitch System of a 2.0MW Unit

摘要 阐述风电场中的2.0MW机组变桨系统的改造设计、实验室测试、风场运行效果的分析,实践表明,原机组经过针对性的变桨系统改造,设计方案具有可行性,改造后变桨系统运行稳定、故障率下降明显,具备推广性。 This paper expounds the transformation design,laboratory testing,and analysis of the wind farm operation effect of the pitch system of a 2.0MW unit in a wind farm.Practice has shown that the original unit has undergone targeted pitch system transformation,and the design scheme is feasible.After the transformation,the pitch system operates stably,with a significant decrease in fault rate,and has the potential for promotion.
