面向中小制造企业的绿色供应链协同创新模式多案例研究 被引量:4

A Multi-Case Study on Collaborative Innovation Mode of Green Supply Chain for Small and Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprises

摘要 在低碳经济时代,中小制造企业如何实现绿色发展成为重中之重。运用多案例研究方法,深入剖析绿色供应链协同创新模式形成的影响因素及其运作机制,构建了面向中小制造企业的绿色供应链协同创新模式理论模型,并对该模型进行了阐述分析。结果发现:绿色供应链协同创新模式形成的影响因素包括政策支持、社会环境、行业标准、环境问题和安全问题;核心企业以市场方式协助中小制造企业进行绿色创新,并拉动金融机构加入解决资金问题;供应链协同可以缓解中小制造企业资金短缺,先进绿色技术、绿色设备匮乏等问题,提高中小制造企业绿色创新的积极性。 With the rapid development of economy,environmental pollution has become increasingly serious,and the problem of green development has attracted widespread attention.As the main body of the market,small and me-dium-sized manufacturing enterprises must adapt to the requirements of economic development in the new era,and then realize green development.The core enterprises are in the leading position of the supply chain,have more advanced production concepts,technology and management methods,and have the ability to promote the sustainable development of the whole supply chain.Supply chain collaboration can promote win-win cooperation among enterprises and better respond to changes in the market environment.Promoting the green development of small and medium-sized manufac-turing enterprises through supply chain collaboration has become a hot topic in enterprise practice.However,compared with the continuous enrichment of enterprise practice,the existing research still lacks in-depth exploration on how to coor-dinate the supply chain to promote the green development of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.Based on the perspective of supply chain,this study uses the method of multi-case study,and selects four supply chain for analysis,deeply analyzes the influencing factors and operation mechanism of green supply chain collaborative innovation mode,and then builds a theoretical model of green supply chain collaborative innovation mode for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,and analyzes the model.The research results show that:(l)the influencing factors of the formation of green supply chain collaborative innovation model include government policy support and inter-nal and external driving factors of enterprises,and government policy support includes good policy environment and special subsidies,tax incentives and other subsidy policies.The external driving factors include social environment and industry standards,and the internal driving factors include environmental problems and safety issues;(2)When the core enterprises are willing and capable to assist small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,the core enterprises will assist small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in green innovation in a market way,provide technologies and equipment for energy conservation and emission reduction,and attract financial institutions for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises;(3)the supply chain coordination can alleviate the shortage of funds and financing,advanced green technology,green equipment and professionals,so as to improve the enthusiasm of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises for green innovation.On the one hand,this study reveals the operation mechanism of green supply chain collaborative innovation mode for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,and deconstructs the dynamic process of how supply chain members cooperate to carry out green innovation.On the other hand,the research on the operation mechanism of green supply chain collaborative innovation mode in this study enriches the synergetics theory.This study based on the perspective of supply chain,the research on the driving factors and collaborative processes of green innovation in supply chain enterprises enriches the green supply chain management theory,and deepens the organic integration of supply chain collaboration and green innovation.In addition,through the analysis of four typical cases,this study summarizes a relatively complete theoretical model of green supply chain collaborative innovation model for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,which provides a model for reference for how core enterprises in the supply chain lead or assist small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to carry out green innovation,and provides a theoretical reference for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to carry out gren innovation.
