摘要
目的了解国内临床医学专业《劳动卫生学》课程教育现状和存在问题,探索《劳动卫生学》课程改革的必要性和重难点。方法2021年11月,以西安市某医学院校五年制和八年制临床医学专业150名学生为研究对象进行问卷调查,分析学生对《劳动卫生学》课程满意度、新教法熟悉度及学习自主性等情况。结果收回有效问卷135份,有效率为90.0%。临床医学生对《劳动卫生学》课程的课时安排满意度(88.1%)有待提高。八年制学生的课时满意度为89.5%,对教材满意度为73.7%;五年制学生的课时满意度为87.9%,对教材满意度为81.9%。临床医学生对现代化教学手段的熟悉度(54.1%)不高,八年制学生对以问题为导向和翻转课堂教学法的熟悉程度显著高于五年制学生(χ^(2)=11.810,P<0.001和χ^(2)=7.603,P<0.001),差异有统计学意义。课外学习主动性(50.4%)较差,不超过15.0%的学生能在课余时间学习《劳动卫生学》相关知识。结论优化课时安排、合理应用现代化教学手段、激发学生学习热情是下一阶段《劳动卫生学》课程改革的重点内容。
Objective To understand the educational status and existing problems of the Labor Hygiene course for domestic clinical medicine,and to explore the necessity and important and difficult points of the reform of the Labor Hygiene course.Methods In November 2021,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 150 undergraduates majoring in five-year and eight-year clinical medicine in a medical college in Xi′an.The students′satisfaction degree with the Labor Hygiene course,familiarity with the new teaching method and learning initiative were then analyzed.Results A total of 135 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective rate of 90.0%.The satisfaction of clinical medical students with the curricular schedule of the Labor Hygiene course(88.1%)needed to be improved.Eight-year students were 89.5%satisfied with the curricular schedule and 73.7%satisfied with the textbook,while five-year students were 87.9%satisfied with the curricular schedule and 81.9%satisfied with the textbook.The familiarity of clinical medicine students with modern teaching methods(54.1%)was poor,and the familiarity of eight-year students with problem-oriented and flipped classroom teaching methods was significantly higher than that of five-year students(χ^(2)=11.810,P<0.001 andχ^(2)=7.603,P<0.001),with statistically significant differences.The extracurricular learning initiative(50.4%)was poor,and no more than 15.0%of the students were able to learn about the knowledge related to Labor Hygiene outside of class time.Conclusion Optimizing curricular schedule,reasonably applying modern teaching methods and stimulating students′learning enthusiasm are the key strategies of the teaching reform of the Labor Hygiene course in the next stage.
