Experimental study of maca astragalus tablets on enhancing immunity function

目的评价玛咖黄芪片增强免疫力的作用,为玛咖黄芪片作为保健食品的开发提供理论依据。方法将受试样品按0.333、0.667和2.000g/kg·bw 3个剂量给小鼠连续灌胃30d后开展免疫功能测定。试验项目为小鼠细胞免疫功能测定、体液免疫功能测定、单核-巨噬细胞功能测定和NK细胞活性测定。结果细胞免疫功能测定,0.667和2.000g/kg·bw 2个剂量组小鼠左后足跖肿胀度明显增厚,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单核-巨噬细胞功能测定,2.000g/kg·bw剂量组单核-巨噬细胞碳廓清能力及0.333、0.667和2.000g/kg·bw 3个剂量组的小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞功能均明显增强,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吗咖黄芪片具有增强免疫力作用。

Objective To evaluate the immune-enhancing effect of maca astragalus tablets,and to provide theoretical basis for the development of maca astragalus tablets as health-care food.Methods The mice were given three doses of 0.333g/kg·bw,0.667g/kg·bw,and 2.000g/kg·bw by gavage for 30 days,and then the immune function was measured.The test items were cellular immune function test,humoral immune function test,monocyte-macrophage function test and NK cell activity test.Results Cellular immune function test showed that the swelling degree of left hind foot of mice in 0.667 g/kg·bw and 2.000g/kg·bw groups was significantly thickened.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The carbon clearance ability of mononuclear-macrophages in 2.000g/kg·bw group and the phagocytosis of chicken red blood cells by macrophages in 0.333g/kg·bw,0.667g/kg·bw,2.000g/kg·bw groups were significantly enhanced.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The maca astragalus tablets could enhance immunity function.
