中药甘松复脉汤辅助治疗对心绞痛患者心功能、血管内皮功能、C反应蛋白及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平的影响

The effect of the Gansong Fumai decoction on cardiac function,vascular endothelial function,CRP and TNF-αlevels in angina pectoris patients

目的:探讨分析对于心绞痛患者采用中药甘松复脉汤辅助治疗后对其心功能、血管内皮功能、C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)水平等的影响。方法:研究对象选取衡阳市中医医院心内科在2019年5月―2020年11月就诊的60例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心绞痛患者,通过随机数字表法将其分为两组,各30例,对照组的30例患者采用常规西医诊疗方式进行干预治疗,试验组的30例患者采取常规西药干预并采用中药甘松复脉汤辅助治疗,对比采用不同诊疗方案的两组患者心功能、血管内皮功能、CRP及TNF-α水平等变化情况。结果:干预后试验组患者CRP(4.58±0.76)mg/L及TNF-α(45.31±6.42)ng/L水平低于对照组的患者CRP(5.71±0.02)mg/L及TNF-α(71.57±8.61)ng/L水平;干预后试验组患者左心室舒张末期内径(Left Ventricular End diastolic Dimension,LVEDD)(51.15±4.48)、左心室收缩末期内径(Left Ventricular End Systolic Dimension,LVESD)(37.58±4.88)mm水平低于对照组患者的LVEDD(58.79±4.83)mm、LVESD(44.09±4.68)mm;试验组患者左心室射血分数(Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction,LVEF)(48.58±5.66)%高于对照组冠心病患者的LVEF(45.54±5.61)%,两组患者的CRP、TNF-α、LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF水平的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于心绞痛患者采用中药甘松复脉汤进行辅助治疗可有效帮助患者改善心绞痛各类症状与指标,在帮助患者提高临床治疗质量的同时,减少单一药物对于患者机体的不良反应。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the effect of the Gansong Fumai decoction(甘松复脉汤)on cardiac function,vascular endothelial function,CRP and TNF-αlevels in angina patients.Methods:The study selected 60 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris who visited the Department of Cardiology of Hengyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2019 to November 2020.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group respectively,and 30 patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine,30 patients in the experimental group were intervened with conventional Western medicine and treated with the Gansong Fumai decoction.The changes of cardiac function,vascular endothelial function,CRP and TNF-αlevels were compared between the two groups with different treatment schemes.Results:After intervention,the levels of CRP(4.58±0.76)and TNF-α(45.31±6.42)of angina patients in the experimental group were lower than CRP(5.71±0.02)and TNF-α(71.57±8.61)in the control group.After intervention,the levels of LVEDD(51.15±4.48)and LVESD(37.58±4.88)of angina pectoris patients in the experimental group were lower than those of angina pectoris patients in the control group,LVEDD(58.79±4.83)and LVESD(44.09±4.68).The LVEF of angina pectoris patients in the experimental group(48.58±5.66)was higher than(45.54±5.61)in the control group.The levels of CRP,TNF-α,LVEDD,LVESD and LVEF in angina pectoris patients in two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Gansong Fumai decoction can effectively relieve various symptoms and ameliorate indicators of angina pectoris,promote the quality of clinical treatment,and reduce the toxicity of single drug to patients.
