中药复方丹参滴丸对老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者临床症状的影响

The effect of Compound Danshen Dripping pills on the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with coronary heart disease

目的:复方丹参滴丸是经现代制药技术研制而成的一种纯中药,具有活血化瘀、理气镇痛之效,现探究其在老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)患者中的治疗效果和对患者临床症状的影响。方法:收集北京市石景山医院2019年10月―2020年10月收治的100例老年冠心病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各50例。对照组患者采取硝酸异山梨酯片口服治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上予中药复方丹参滴丸口服治疗。对比两组患者治疗有效率、治疗过程中不良反应发生率、治疗后的血脂(三酰甘油、总胆固醇脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白)及肝功能指标(谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总胆红素、总胆汁酸)水平。结果:试验组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);试验组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗后各项血脂水平均低于对照组患者(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗后各项肝功能检测指标水平均低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:老年冠心病患者应用中药复方丹参滴丸治疗可显著提高临床疗效,并明显降低治疗过程中出现的不良反应,改善患者的血脂水平,保护肝功能。

Objective:Compound Danshen Dripping pills(复方丹参滴丸)is a kind of pure TCM medicine developed by modern pharmaceutical technology,which has the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,regulating Qi(气)and analgesia.This paper explores its therapeutic effect on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and its effect on clinical symptoms.Methods:The clinical data of 100 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Beijing Shijingshan Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with isosorbide dinitrate tablets orally,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with Compound Danshen Dripping pills orally on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The effective rate of treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment,the levels of blood lipids(triglyceride,total cholesterol lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein,high density lipoprotein)and liver function indexes(alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,total bilirubin,total bile acid)after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood lipid levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of liver function test indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of TCM medicine Compound Danshen Dripping pills in treating elderly patients with coronary heart disease can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,and significantly reduce the adverse reactions during treatment,improve the blood lipid level of patients,and protect liver function.
