西藏江河源区自然保护地体系建设现状、问题和策略

Status,Problems and Strategies for Optimizing the Construction of Nature Reserve System in the Source Areas of Tibet's Rivers

西藏高原作为欧亚大陆大江大河发育最多的区域,是我国乃至亚洲重要的江河源。自然保护地是保护江河源区生态系统的重要载体,在全球气候变化下,开展西藏江河源区自然保护地体系优化建设具有典型性和必要性。通过资料分析、现场调查、查阅文献等方法,梳理了西藏江河源区涉及自然保护地的现状,总结了空间布局空缺突出、生态保护挑战加剧、管理体系不完备等问题,并提出了优化空间布局结构、夯实资源保护、完善管理体系的自然保护地体系优化建设策略,以期为青藏高原等世界上重要的生物多样性热点区域自然保护地体系优化建设提供借鉴。

As the region with the most developed large rivers in Eurasia,the Tibetan Plateau is an important source of rivers in China and even Asia.Nature reserves are important carriers for protecting the ecosystems of river origins,and it is typical and necessary to carry out the optimized construction of nature reserve system in Tibetan river origins under global climate change.Through data analysis,field survey,and literature review,the current situation involving nature reserves in the Tibetan river origins is sorted out,and the problems of prominent spatial layout vacancies,intensified ecological protection challenges,and incomplete management system are summarized,and the optimized construction strategy of nature reserve system is proposed to optimize the spatial layout structure,consolidate resource protection,and improve the management system,with a view to providing a better solution for the Tibetan Plateau and other important biodiversity hotspots in the world.It is expected to provide a reference for the optimal construction of nature reserve system in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and other important biodiversity hotspots in the world.
