我国中药临床药学研究文献的数据可视化分析

Data Visualization Analysis of Literatures on Clinical Pharmacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:运用文献计量学方法分析国内中药临床药学相关研究,旨在了解我国中药临床药学研究开展现状。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)收集国内中药临床药学相关研究。利用CiteSpace(5.8.R3)及Excel 2017统计分析国内中药临床药学相关研究的发文量、作者、机构、期刊、研究热点等文献关键特征。结果:本研究最终纳入中文文献935篇。中药临床药学的中文文献发文量呈上升趋势,发文高峰在2019年。关键词共现分析表明,高频关键词有“临床药学”“药学监护”“合理用药”“教学改革”“处方点评”“临床药师”“实践”“药学服务”等。关键词聚类分析显示有11个有效聚类。关键词突现分析得到25个突现词。中药临床药学近年研究热点为药学监护、合理使用、临方炮制、药学干预。结论:本研究发现该领域仍然存在机构之间合作较少,中药临床药师参与药物治疗团队程度低,高质量的中成药临床证据、综合评价较少等问题。建议今后各机构扩大合作,针对中药临床药学中存在的争议问题与工作难点开展研究;高校临床药师培训需将中医理论与实践相结合,发挥自身中药知识与技术优势;加强对研究质量的重视,开展少而精的临床研究和综合评价,为中成药临床决策提供支持。

Objective:The method of bibliometrics was used to analyze articles related to clinical pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)published in Chinese,so as to identify the research status of TCM clinical pharmacy.Methods:CNKI databases was systematically searched to collect the articles on clinical pharmacy of TCMs.CiteSpace(5.8.R3)and Excel 2017 were used to statistically analyze the key characteristics of the literatures from the aspects of the number of published papers,authors,institutions,journals and research hotspots.Results:A total of 935 Chinese literatures were included in this study.The number of published Chinese literatures on TCM clinical pharmacy showed an increasing trend,with the peak in 2019.The co-occurrence analysis of keywords showed that the high-frequency keywords were“clinical pharmacy”“pharmaceutical care”“rational drug use”,“teaching reform”“prescription review”“clinical pharmacist”“practice”“pharmaceutical care”and so on.Keyword cluster analysis showed that there were 11 effective clusters.25 emergent words were obtained from the analysis of key words.The research hotspots of TCM clinical pharmacy in recent years are pharmaceutical care,rational use,prescription-based processing of TCM and pharmaceutical intervention,and pharmaceutical care and intervention will remain the research direction for a period of time in the future.Conclusion:The study found that there still exist some problems,such as less cooperation between research institutions,less participation of TCM clinical pharmacists in drug treatment teams,less high-quality clinical evidence of Chinese patent drugs,and less comprehensive evaluation.It is suggested that research institutions should expand cooperation in the future and carry out researches on the controversial issues and difficulties in the clinical pharmacy of TCM.The training of clinical pharmacists in colleges should combine TCM theory with practice to give full play to their own TCM knowledge and technical advantages.More attention should be paid on research quality,and carry out few but precise clinical studies and comprehensive evaluation,and provide support for clinical decision-making of Chinese patent medicine.
