摘要
明德书院是乡村振兴背景下江西省上饶市推进农村社区教育的一个有代表性的项目,是运用自身力量并结合社会力量努力缩小城乡教育差别、促进城乡教育公平的一次积极践履。其在不断发展过程中逐步形成了独具特色的书院服务内容、运营方式和保障措施,积累了组织领导实职化、开展活动实效化、师资队伍实体化以及活动场所实地化等丰富经验,但也存在书院单一化倾向明显、书院(活动)课程规划意识不强、缺乏过程评价及反馈机制等问题。从社区教育视野出发提出明晰发展定位,走多元化、特色化发展道路;协同开放大学,创新社区书院教育内涵;扩大资源供给,服务全民终身学习需求等举措对明德书院进行提质升级,进而打造“江西省书院文化+社区教育”品牌项目。
Mingde Academy is a representative project of promoting rural community education in Shangrao City,Jiangxi Province under the background of rural revitalization.It is an active practice to use its own strength and combine social forces to narrow the gap between urban and rural education and promote education equity.In the continuous development process,it has gradually formed unique academy service content,operation mode,and guarantee measures,accumulated rich experience in organizing and leading practical work,ensuring activity effectiveness,substantiating the teaching staff,and carrying out activities on the site,but there are also problems such as obvious tendencies of academy homogenization,weak awareness of academy(activity)curriculum planning,and lack of process evaluation and feedback mechanisms.From the perspective of community education,it is proposed to take a diversified and characteristic development path with a clarified the development orientation,collaborate with other open universities to innovate the educational connotation of community academies,expand resource supply,and serve the lifelong learning needs for all.These measures are taken to upgrade Mingde Academy and create a"academy culture+community education"brand project.
