职业教育赋能共同富裕的理论探赜与实践路径

发展职业教育具有助力中国经济高质量发展、提升后富群体致富能力、促进教育公平与精神富裕等理论意蕴。职业教育从“产业发展”与“乡村振兴”等维度助力共同富裕过程中,存在产教融合深度不够、助力乡村振兴乏力、技能人才培养供给不足,以及对职业教育的社会性歧视依然存在等现实问题。通过打造产教融合共同体助力实现经济富裕,探索乡村振兴学院助力实现乡村富裕,塑形现代职业教育体系助力实现技能富裕,有序推进职业教育均等化助力实现教育富裕,创建“大思政”协同育人范式助力实现德行富裕。

The development of vocational education has the theoretical implications of assisting in the high-quality development of China's economy,enhancing the wealth creation ability of the rich-latter population,and promoting educational equity and spiritual prosperity.In the process of contributing to common prosperity from the dimensions of"industrial development"and"rural revitalization",there are practical problems in vocational education such as insufficient depth of industry-education integration,weak assistance to rural revitalization,insufficient supply of skilled personnel training,and social discrimination against vocational education.It is suggested that an industry-education integration community be created to achieve economic prosperity,the rural revitalization college be explored in promoting rural prosperity,a modern vocational education system be shaped to promote skill-based prosperity,the equalization of vocational education be orderly promoted to achieve educational prosperity,and a"great ideological and political"collaborative education paradigm be created to promote character and moral prosperity.
