政校行企四方协同的“双师型”教师队伍建设研究——以湖南省YS职院为例 被引量:3

摘要 “双师型”教师队伍是我国高等职业教育高质量高速发展的根本保证,亦是推动高等职业教育教学改革的核心动力源泉。文章简述了“双师型”教师队伍建设的政策及认定标准,分析了高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的迫切性及困境,最后提出构建政校行企四方协同的“双师型”教师培养机制的策略建议。 The"double qualified"teaching team is the fundamental guarantee for the high-quality and high-speed development of higher vocational education in China,and also the core driving force for promoting teaching reform in higher vocational education.The article briefly describes the policies and recognition standards for the construction of the"double qualified"teacher team,analyzes the urgency and difficulties of the construction of the"double qualified"teacher team in vocational colleges,and finally proposes strategic suggestions for building a"double qualified"teacher training mechanism that is coordinated by government,school,industry and enterprise.
