摘要
基于数据驱动的精准教学是提升混合式教学质量的有效途径。精准教学要求在混合式教学的课前自学、课堂教学和课后复习三阶段根据学生学习行为数据作出精准的教学决策、教学评价和教学干预,使整个教学过程和教学评估做到“精”和“准”。在混合式精准教学的实施中,需要教师完善线上教学平台、灵活使用智慧课堂工具、提高数据意识及数据处理能力、提高专业素质和教学能力、提升学生的自主学习意识和能力。
Precision teaching based on data-driven is an effective way to improve the quality of blended teaching.Precision teaching requires to make precise teaching decisions,teaching evaluation and teaching intervention according to the data of students'learning behavior in the three stages of blended teaching:preclass self-study,classroom teaching and after-class review,so as to make the whole teaching process and teaching evaluation"precise"and"accurate".In the implementation of blended precision teaching,teachers are required to improve the online teaching platform,flexibly use smart classroom tools,improve data awareness and data processing ability,improve professional quality and teaching ability,and enhance students'self-learning awareness and ability.
