摘要
为满足电力行业对温控装置多样化的需求,基于记忆合金自动感温和温度形变特性设计了一种无源低成本多温度阶梯自控装置。该装置可根据外界温度变化调整动触头与常开静触头或常闭静触头吸合,从而合分电路。本文总结分析了现有温控开关技术原理和不足,介绍了一种安全性高的基于记忆合金的无源低成本多温度阶梯自控装置工作设计原理,介绍了设计样品在开关柜温度控制中的应用试验情况。该装置设计为温控装置结构设计提供了一种通用思路,本装置可用于开关柜、变压器等电力设备散热的温度检测与控制。
In order to meet the diversified requirements of the electric power industry for temperature control devices,a passive low-cost multi-temperature step automatic control device is designed based on the characteristics of memory alloy automatic temperature sensing and temperature deformation.The device can adjust the moving contact and normally open static contact or normally closed static contact to close and open the circuit according to the change of external temperature.This paper summarizes and analyzes the technical principles and shortcomings of the existing temperature control switch,introduces the working design principle of a passive,low-cost,multi-temperature ladder automatic control device with high safety based on memory alloy,and introduces the application test of the design sample in the temperature control of the switch cabinet.The device design provides a general idea for the structural design of the temperature control device.The device can be used in the switch cabinet Temperature detection and control of heat dissipation of power equipment such as transformers.
