复用型飞行器微波暗箱设计与应用

摘要 飞行器雷达导引头是其实现精确制导的基础部件,具备探测、制导和控制等功能。为了保证雷达导引头在飞行器执行任务过程中正常工作,雷达导引头测试是飞行器测试的必要项目之一。微波暗箱是飞行器雷达导引头测试的辅助设备,传统的微波暗箱设计方案根据不同的飞行器设计专用的微波暗箱,导致微波暗箱复用性较低,测试研制成本较高,并且暗箱支架结构简单,不便于移动和调节。为了解决传统微波暗箱研制成本高、复用性低、机动性差等问题,本文采用了模块化设计方法,设计了一款复用型飞行器微波暗箱,以提高微波暗箱的复用性和可操作性,降低研制成本。通过实际应用表明,复用型微波暗箱具有良好的应用效果,能够提升测试效率,降低研制成本,便于操作,复用性强。 The aircraft radar seeker is the basic component for accurate guidance,with function such as detection,guidance and control.In order to ensure the normal operation of the radar seeker during the mission of the aircraft,the radar seeker test is one of the necessary items for the aircraft test.Microwave dark box is an auxiliary equipment for aircraft radar seeker testing,the traditional microwave dark box depends on the structure of the aircraft,resulting in low microwave dark box reuse,higher test development cost,and the dark box bracket structure is simple,not easy to move and adjust.In order to solve the problem of high development cost,low reusability and poor maneuverability of traditional microwave dark box,this paper adopts a modular design method and design a reusable aircraft microwave dark box to improve the reusability and operability of microwave dark box and reduce the development cost.Through practical application,it is shown that the reusable microwave dark box has a good application effect,which can improve the test efficiency,reduce the development cost,facilitate operation,and have strong reusability.
