摘要 随着DCS系统在工业控制领域的普及,霍尼韦尔公司推出的继承了传统DCS优点的PKS系统也逐渐被众多用户所接受与使用。工控从业者在构建PKS系统用以生产控制时,经常有显示或处理第三方设备数据的需求。为了满足这些需求,本文将以一套生产控制装置为例,使用Modbus RTU和OPC两种通讯协议,以PKS系统作为服务器,第三方设备作为客户端,分别通过RS-485接口使用通讯线连接与网线连接,让PKS系统与第三方设备进行数据通讯。现PKS系统与第三方设备通讯正常,接收和发送的数据与指令均无误差,数据传输过程中的丢包率极低。Modbus RTU和OPC两种通讯协议能很好满足本套PKS系统的通讯需求。 With the popularization of DCS in the field of industrial control,the PKS system launched by Honeywell,which inherits the advantages of traditional DCS,has gradually been accepted and used by many users.When building PKS system for production control,industrial control practitioners often have the need to display or process third-party equipment data.In order to meet these requirements,this paper will take a set of production control device as an example,use two communication protocols,Modbus RTU and OPC,use PKS system as the server and third-party equipment as the client,and connect via RS-485 interface with communication cable and network cable respectively,so that the PKS system and third-party equipment can communicate data.At present,the communication between the PKS system and the third-party equipment is normal,the data and instructions received and sent are error-free,and the packet loss rate during data transmission is extremely low.Modbus RTU and OPC communication protocols can well meet the communication requirements of this PKS system.
