新职教法实施背景下高职全周期人才培养路径与策略

摘要 结合新修订的《中华人民共和国职业教育法》的实施,阐述了开展高职学业培养和职业培养一体化的高职全周期人才培养的内涵与意义,提出了科学制订职业人才培养目标体系、明确校企双方主体责任、发挥学生主观能动性、把握四个关键节点的高职全周期人才培养实施路径。针对实施过程中可能存在的困难,从理念引领、平台支撑、机制保障和政策支持四个方面,探讨了高职全周期人才培养改革与发展策略。 Combining the implementation of the newly revised"Vocational Education Law",this paper expounds the connotation and significance of carrying out the full cycle personnel training which integrates academic and vocational training in higher vocational education,and proposes the implementation path of scientifically formulating the vocational personnel training target system,clarifying the main responsibilities of both schools and enterprises,giving full play to students'subjective initiative,and grasping the four key nodes of the full cycle talent cultivation.Aiming at the possible difficulties in the implementation process,this paper discusses the reform and development strategies for the full cycle personnel training from four aspects:concept guidance,platform support,mechanism guarantee,and policy support.
