高职院校金融科技应用专业人才培养的探索与实践

Exploration and Practical Research on Talent Training of Financial Technology Application Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

金融科技是近年来金融行业转型和创新改革的关键词和着力点,深刻地影响着未来的金融业态。2021年教育部修订了高等职业教育(专科)专业目录,将原互联网金融专业调整为金融科技应用专业,体现了新时期行业变化趋势对职业教育人才培养提出的新要求。通过分析当前全国金融科技人才需求状况和高职院校人才培养现状,高职院校在教育观念、教学方法、师资团队建设和产教融合等方面仍然存在着诸多问题,应从多渠道提升教师的教育观念、组建跨专业师资团队、创新教学方式方法和深化产教融合等方面加以解决,实现金融科技人才培养的高质量发展。

Financial technology is the key word and focus of the transformation and innovation reform of the financial industry in recent years,which has a profound impact on the future financial format.In 2021,the Ministry of Education revised the professional catalogue of higher vocational education(college)and adjusted the original"Internet Finance"major to"Financial Technology Application"major,which reflected the changing trend of the industry in the new era and put forward new requirements for the training of vocational education talents.By analyzing the current demand for financial technology talents in China and the current situation of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,there are still many problems in higher vocational colleges in terms of education concepts,teaching methods,teacher team construction and industry-teaching integration,which should be solved by improving teachers'education concepts,organizing interdisciplinary teacher teams,innovating teaching methods and deepening industry-teaching integration,in order to achieve high-quality development of the training of financial science and technology talents.
