摘要
通过构建企业化运作的不同层次与模式的两个厂中校技能培养基地、引入德国技能鉴定标准、重构课程体系,践行“双主体办学、学生双身份学习、教学双场所进行、学研一体化开展”的“三双一体”人才培养模式,将模具专业的理论课程、基础和专业技能培训、生产性实习由三个不同的专业机构实施教学,形成多主体、多层次、多维度的模具专业协同育人体系。经实践证明,“三双一体”协同育人体系有效提升了模具专业人才培养质量。
Through the construction of two factory-in-school skill training bases with different levels and modes of enterprise operation,the introduction of German skills identification standards,the reconstruction of the curriculum system,and the practice of implementing the"Three doubles and one integration"talent training mode of"dual-subject education,students'dual-identity learning,teaching in dual places,learning and research conducting simultaneously",a multi-subject,multi-level and multidimensional collaborative education system for mold professionals was formed.In thise system,the theoretical courses,basic and professional skills training and productive practice are taught by three different professional institutions.It has been proved by practice that the"Three doubles and one integration"collaborative education system has effectively improved the quality of mold professionals.
