非晶合金在手表外观零件上的应用研究

摘要 大块非晶的制备技术使非晶合金的广泛应用成为可能。随着手表外观零件对材料性能需求的增加,对锆基非晶合金作为手表外观零件材料的适用性进行了研究,讨论了非晶合金在产品结构设计中的要点和创新设计案例,研究了非晶合金的机械加工工艺。结果表明:锆基非晶合金具有优异的耐腐蚀、耐划伤和弹性性能,其中镍释放可满足钟表行业的要求,是一种性能优异的手表外观零件材料;通过采用空心结构设计、合理的拔模斜度、直角圆角化,可以得到合格的非晶零件坯件;非晶优异的性能结合合理的结构设计,可以提升零件的性能;选用硬质合金刀具和不大于400μm的进给量,选用树脂磨盘并采用机械手湿法抛光,有利于在较高的加工效率下得到合格的非晶合金手表外观零件。 The preparation technology of bulk amorphous makes the wide application of amorphous alloys possible.As the demand for material properties in watch exterior parts increases,the suitability of zirconium-based amorphous alloy as the material for watch exterior parts is studied,the key points and innovative design case of amorphous alloy in product structure design are discussed,and the machining process of amorphous alloy is studied.The results show that:zirconium-based amorphous alloy has excellent corrosion resistance,scratch resistance and elasticity properties,nickel release meets the requirements of watch industry,and is a watch appearance parts material with excellent performance;qualified amorphous parts can be obtained by adopting hollow structure design,reasonable draft die slope and right angle rounding;the excellent performance of amorphous combined with reasonable structure design can improve the performance of parts;the use of hardmetal tools and feeds no higher than 400μm,the use of resin grinding discs and the use of robotic arm and wet polishing are conducive to obtaining qualified amorphous alloy watch appearance parts with high processing efficiency.
