Evaluation of the Aquatic Ecological Product Values in Dafang County

贵州生态优势突出,是全国首批生态文明试验区之一。为建立健全贵州水生态产品价值实现机制,以大方县为研究对象,采用目前较为常用的服务价值法探索构建水生态产品价值核算体系。指标体系包括物质产品、调节服务和文化服务3个一级指标,物质产品含供水、水力发电、淡水产品3个二级指标,调节服务含固碳释氧、洪水调节、水质净化和气候调节4个二级指标,文化服务含休闲旅游1个二级指标。研究成果可为水生态产品价值核算提供思路,助推水利高质量发展和地区水网构建。

As one of the first batch of ecological civilization experimental zones in China,Guizhou Province is of outstanding ecological advantages.In order to establish and improve the mechanism for realizing the aquatic ecological product values in Guizhou Province,an aquatic ecological produce value evaluation scheme is constructed with the commonly used service value method for Dafang County.In the evaluation scheme,the indicator system includes three primary indicators:material products,regulation services and cultural services.The material products include three secondary indicators:water supply,hydropower generation,and freshwater aquaculture products.The regulation services include four secondary indicators:carbon sequestration and oxygen release,flood regulation,water quality purification and climate regulation.The cultural services include one secondary indicator in leisure tourism.The results can provide useful ideas for the value evaluation of aquatic ecological products and promote the high-quality development of water conservancy work and the construction of regional water networks.
