摘要
针对水布垭水力发电厂4号机组远方开机失败(导叶没有打开),在做开机过程中通道切换检查时,发生机组机械过速紧急停机,为解决此问题,对调速器防过速控制程序进行了以下优化:对调速器自动通道A套、B套程序加入通道故障及切换判断;对调速器手动通道C套程序加入过速或越限后的关机判断;调速器C套关闭开停机阀后,C套独立输出调速器事故信号至监控系统自启动快速停机流程,该信号为5 s脉冲信号。优化后彻底消除了由于液压系统故障引起导叶失控导致非负载态机组严重过速的安全隐患。
The 4#unit in Shuibuya Hydropower Station experienced a remote startup failure as the guide vanes could not open.During the channel switching inspection in the startup process,a mechanical over-speed emergency shutdown occurred.To solve this problem,the over-speed prevention control program of the governor is optimized.Channel fault and switching judgement is added to the automatic channel A and B programs.Over-speed or over-limit shutdown judgements are added to the manual channel C program.When the startup and shutdown valve of the governor is closed by the channel C program,it will independently output a 5-second pulse governor accident signal to the monitoring system to automatically start the rapid shutdown process.The optimization completely eliminates the serious over-speed hazard of the unit in a non-load state caused by hydraulic system fault induced uncontrollable guide vanes.
