小常煤业静态破碎剂致裂顶板技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对矿井坚硬顶板垮落难度大的问题,以晋能控股集团小常煤业30217运输巷为工程背景,运用静态破碎剂(简称SCA)致裂顶板。通过实验分析、数值模拟和工程实践相结合研究SCA的致裂效果。结果表明:SCA的径向膨胀压随着钢管内径的增大而增大,一般钢管底部的径向膨胀压大于中部,钢管内径越大,钢管底部与中部的径向膨胀压差值越大,当钢管的内径相同时,钢管的径向膨胀压随着约束程度的增大也增大;SCA作用后,30217运输巷顶板下沉量较之前增加约148 mm;30217运输巷预裂孔装填SCA之后,辅助30217工作面顶板垮落步距减小10 m左右。工程的成功应用对具有相同开采难题的矿井具有参考意义。 In view of the difficulty of hard roof caving in mine,taking the 30217 headentry of Xiaochang Coal Industry of Jinneng Holding Group as the engineering background,the static crushing agent(SCA)was used for roof caving.The practical effect of SCA was studied through the combination of experimental analysis,numerical simulation and engineering practice.The results show that the radial swelling pressure of SCA increases with the increase of inner diameter of steel pipe.Generally,the radial swelling pressure at the bottom of steel pipe is greater than that in the middle.The larger the inner diameter of steel pipe,the greater the difference between the radial swelling pressure at the bottom and the middle of steel pipe.When the inner diameter of steel pipe is the same,the radial swelling pressure of steel pipe also increases with the increase of constraint degree.After the action of SCA,the roof subsidence of 30217 headentry increases by about 148 mm.After the presplit hole of 30217 headentry is filled with SCA,the roof collapse step of auxiliary 30217 working face is reduced by about 10 m.The successful application of the project has a reference significance for mines with the same mining problems.
