摘要 2A14铝合金通常要进行固溶和人工时效处理。然而,大型2A14铝合金锻件固溶和时效处理后常出现力学性能不合格、畸变过大和开裂等质量问题。解决这些问题的途径为正确切取质量检验试样、安排合理的机加工工艺、采用合适的加工刀具、制订合理的热处理工艺、严格遵守操作规程和精确控制热处理温度等。 As a rule,2A14 aluminum alloy is to be solution treated then be artificially aged.However,some problems of quality,such as unqualified mechanical properties,excess distortion,cracking,arise often after large-sized 2A14 aluminum alloy forgings are solution treated and aged.The solutions to these problems involve the proper cutting of specimen for quality examination,the institution of reasonable machining processes and the use of adaptable tools,the institution of reasonable heat treatment processes,the adherence to operating specification,the accurate control of heat treating temperatures and so on.
