产业专利全景分析方法研究——以特钢新材料产业为例

Research on Industry Patent Panoramic Analysis Method-Taking Special Steel New Material Industry as an Example

特钢新材料产业是江苏省50大产业强链之一。江苏省特钢产业特色鲜明,产业发展基础雄厚,但也面临中低端产品竞争激烈、缺乏高端产品研发的共性问题,亟需通过产业专利导航分析明晰特钢新材料产业发展及转型升级路径。本文基于incoPat专利数据库,结合市场、法律等信息,重点梳理特钢产业全球及我国产业技术生态和竞争格局、产业关键技术发展趋势、主要市场区域、主要创新主体等,绘制全球及中国特钢产业图谱,通过专利布局分析揭示特钢产业结构调整方向、企业研发重点方向及技术创新发展方向,为特钢产业发展提供科学的决策参考。

The special steel new material industry is one of the 50 major industrial chains in Jiangsu province.The special steel industry in Jiangsu province has distinct characteristics and a solid foundation for industrial development.However,it also faces serious competition in low-end products and lacks common problems in high-end product research and development.It is urgent to clarify the development and transformation and upgrading path of the special steel new material industry through industrial patent navigation analysis.Based on the incoPat patent database,combined with market,legal and other information,this paper focuses on combing the global and China’s industrial technology ecology and competition pattern,the development trend of key technologies,the main market areas and the main innovation subjects of the special steel industry,and draws the map of the global and China’s special steel industry.Through the analysis of patent layout,the direction of industrial structure adjustment,the key direction of enterprise R&D and the direction of technological innovation development are revealed,which provides scientific decision-making reference for the development of special steel industry.
