基于专利分析的体外膜肺氧合发展态势研究——应对新冠肺炎医疗器械研究 被引量:1

摘要 体外膜肺氧合(Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation, ECMO)适用于各种原因引起的严重心肺功能衰竭,可以为患者提供持续的体外氧合与循环支持,减轻其心肺负担,为急危重症患者原发疾病的治疗和心肺功能的恢复争取更多的救治时间。全球ECMO市场中,70%以上的份额被迈柯唯、美敦力、索林和泰尔茂等公司占据。突破国外ECMO技术壁垒,深究全球技术布局是首要任务。本文基于智慧芽专利数据库对ECMO领域的专利进行分析,从全球视角分析ECMO的专利技术布局,聚焦关键技术发展状况,力图通过客观的专利数据、专利权人、技术专利地图等信息维度,反映ECMO的国际发展趋势与各国竞争力,为ECMO技术攻关和核心装备国产化做好理论支撑和方案准备。 Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)is applicable to severe circulatory and respiratory failure caused by various reasons,which can provide patients with continuous extracorporeal oxygenation and circulatory support,and strive for more precious time for the treatment of primary diseases and the self-recovery of cardiopulmonary function in critical patients.In the global ECMO market,more than 70%of the market share is occupied by companies such as Maquet,Medtronic,Sorin and Terumo.The primary task is to deeply study the global technology layout aiming to break through the technical barriers of foreign ECMO blockade.This paper analyzes patents in ECMO field based on PatSnap patent database,analyzes ECMO’s patent technology layout from a global perspective,focuses on the development of key technologies,and tries to reflect the international development trend and national competitiveness through objective patent data,patentee,technology patent map and other information dimensions,so as to provide theoretical support and plan preparation for ECMO’s technological breakthrough and core equipment localization.
