白洋淀周边蓄滞洪区设计条件下运用防洪影响评价 被引量:4

摘要 蓄滞洪区防洪效应关系着人民群众的生命财产安全,蓄滞洪区防洪影响评价是防洪风险管理、分洪决策、灾害评估等方面重要科学依据。采用EFDC(The Environmental Fluid Danymics Code)水动力模型、地理信息系统(GIS)技术及Python语言对白洋淀周边蓄滞洪区防洪效应进行研究,编写了具有自主知识产权的NSDTF-DEM(国家标准地球空间数据交换格式)批量转换成ArcGIS GRD格式算法,建立了白洋淀周边蓄滞洪区高精度地形模型,模拟了50年一遇、100年一遇和200年一遇设计洪水下各蓄滞洪区分洪过程,分析了不同设计洪水下各蓄滞洪区分洪结束的淹没面积、平均淹没水深和最大淹没水深,并提出了白洋淀周边蓄滞洪区分洪运用优化方案。 Flood effect of flood storage and detention areas is related to the safety of people's life and property.Flood impact assessment of flood storage and detention areas is an important scientific basis for flood risk management,flood diversion decisionmaking and disaster assessment.In this paper,Environmental Fluid Dynamics Code(EFDC)hydrodynamic model,geographic information system(GIS)technology and Python language were used to study the flood effect of the flood storage and detention area around Baiyangdian Lake.The national standard NSDTF-DEM(National Standard of the National Standards of the People's Republic of China Geospatial Data Exchange Format)algorithm with independent intellectual property rights was converted into ArcGIS GRD format algorithm in batch,and the high-precision terrain model of the flood storage and detention area around Baiyangdian Lake was established.The flood diversion process of each storage and detention area under the 50-year,100-year and 200-year return periods of design flood is simulated.The innundation area,average and maximum inundation depth of each storage and detention area under different design flood are analyzed,and the optimization scheme of flood diversion operation in the storage and detention area around Baiyangdian Lake is proposed.
