新文科背景下理工科高校英语专业课程创新研究

A STUDY ON CURRICULUM INNOVATION OF ENGLISH MAJORS IN UNIVERSITIES OF SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF NEW LIBERAL ARTS

新文科建设给理工科高等院校英语专业带来了新的发展契机,英语专业课程应积极应变,大胆求变,吐故纳新,助力英语专业人才培养目标的实现。专业课程必须准确捕捉教学痛点问题,深度融合现代信息技术和智慧化教学平台,革新教学方法和手段;创新教学内容,整合教学资源,优化教学设计,建设智慧化和混合式课堂;引入课程思政,落实立德树人的根本任务,实现“价值塑造、能力培养和知识探究”三位一体的教学目标;构建多元化教学评价和动态考评体系,动态改进教学策略。

The construction of New Liberal Arts brings a golden opportunity for the development of English majors in colleges and universities of science and engineering.English major courses should actively adapt themselves to changes,boldly seek changes,learn new things from old ones to achieve the talent-training goals of English majors.Therefore,English major courses must make the following reforms by accurately capturing bottleneck problems in teaching.Firstly,English teachers should innovate teaching methods and teaching content by deeply integrating modern information technology and intelligent teaching platform.Secondly,English teachers build an intelligent and mixed classroom by enriching teaching resources and optimizing teaching design.Thirdly,we should introduce political thoughts into the curriculum,carry out the fundamental task of setting up morality and cultivating people in order to realize the teaching goal of value shaping,ability training and knowledge imparting.Finally,the construction of diversified teaching evaluation and dynamic evaluation system should be undertaken.This paper hopes to provide theoretical reference and methodological guidance for English major courses reform in universities of science and engineering.
