在线专业学习共同体对高校英语新手教师专业发展的影响研究

摘要 在当今“互联网+”时代下,网络和多媒体给新手教师的教研活动提供了更完备的技术支持。组建在线高校英语教师学习共同体,能够为各成员提供合作、分享和交流的网络平台,有效促进教师的专业素质发展。本文结合在线专业学习共同体的理念,通过质性研究的方法对教师的反思日记、个人访谈以及课堂观察等数据进行分析,探讨在线专业学习共同体对高校英语新手教师专业素质发展的影响。研究结果表明,在线专业学习共同体能够提高教师合作能力、反思能力及研究能力,持续促进高校英语新手教师的专业素质发展。 In today′s"Internet+"era,the network and multimedia have provided more complete technical support for the teaching and research activities of novice teachers.Through the online college English teacher learning community,it can provide a network platform for members to cooperate,share and communicate with each other,thus effectively promoting the professional development of teachers.Based on the concept of online teacher learning community,this paper analyzes the data of teachers′reflective diaries,personal interviews and classroom observations through qualitative research method to explore the influence of online teacher learning community on the professional development of college English novice teachers.Studies have shown that online teacher learning community can improve teachers′cooperative ability,reflective ability and research ability,thus continuously promoting the professional development of college English novice teachers.
