责任政治是以“责任”为中心的政治形态,它强调“责任”在价值层面、制度层面与行为层面的全面贯彻。孔子从爱人、敬人、成人、安人多个角度对“为他负责”作出了阐发,实现了为己负责、为他人负责与为天下负责的统一。从责任政治的结构维度看,“为他负责”通过全过程人民民主、社会治理共同体、现代监督体系与责任政党的建设四个方面得到充分体现;从行动维度看,“为他负责”则是在“爱人”的情感、“成人”的胸襟、“求知”的主动性与自我完善的自觉性上得到了体现。
